Spring Green Smoothie
Spring is in the air, well kind of, the weather has been kinda confusing lately but it is officially spring, I promise. With spring comes longer days and eventually warmer weather, often tied to an increase of pace and activities. It’s also a time we think about decluttering and cleaning up our homes, externally and internally. The idea of detoxifying the body generally comes to mind, and with all the vegetation in bloom we have more access to fresher greens and seasonal vegetables. A simple way to up your leafy greens intake is to get them in first thing in the morning. Try adding a small side salad to your savory breakfast or if you are an on-the-go type, throw them in your morning smoothie. Not sure where to start when it comes to making a smoothie?
