She eventually set up her own practice in Bloor West Village & had a flourishing business for - 10yrs. The building sold during the pandemic so she continued to work via house calls and in her own home since.

Melanie joined our Antidote team Winter/2022 and is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Melanie’s RMT practice is in the form of traditional Swedish Massage and she will at times incorporate other modalities such as; myofascial, passive stretch, active release techniques, KT-taping and lymphatic drainage (all of which she has certification). She describes her hands-on work as intuitive, slow to moderate in speed and with varying pressure values. “My intention lies in being present for my client. I am a part of their healing journey at that moment.”
