Michele also has a special interest in Pilates. Recently, she participated in the Stott Pilates spinal, pelvis, and scapular stabilization mat rehabilitation course (RM1) and incorporates this exercise system in her clinical practice to help consolidate therapeutic changes.
Currently, Michele is enrolled in the Biodynamics of Traditional Osteopathy program based on the teachings of Dr. James Jealous, a medical osteopath in the US.
